Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using The Voice Lounge (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract (commonly 13 or 16). By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.
Account Registration

To use parts of the App you will register for an account by providing your full name, email address, and password. Authentication and account storage are securely provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription and Payments
The App may offer paid premium access, including recurring monthly subscriptions or once-off monthly access passes. Payments on the web may be processed through PayFast, and payment confirmation is completed through secure server notifications from the payment provider.
Subscription benefits, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any subscriber-only features will be shown before you confirm payment. Access may remain limited until payment confirmation has been received and processed.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to:

Interfere with the App's operation, attempt to breach security, or transmit malware.

Impersonate others or provide false information.
Content

The App delivers live streams, podcasts (video), and news articles. Content may be created or provided by us or third parties.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content. You are responsible for how you use the content.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, code, and content created by us, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE, OUR AFFILIATES, AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App owner, affiliates, and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa, unless otherwise required by law.
